Installation and commissioning

Our site assitants support you with the mechanical and electrical installation to ensure that your POLYMETRIX plant is professionally installed.

When the equipment arrives at the construction site our site assistant inspects the shipment together with the customer’s personnel. All items are then properly and safely stored until they are installed in the plant. With our comprehensive project documentation and in cooperation with the POLYMETRIX specialist, a local contractor can professionally set up the plant. The assembly quality is checked and ensured by means of a leakage test and the electrical signal test.

Our process engineers and automation specialists support and train your operating personnel during the test and commissioning phase. Together, production is started and your staff is accompanied until the handover of the plant.

Further support or training is possible both on-site and with remote assistance.
