Our site assitants support you with the mechanical and electrical installation to ensure that your POLYMETRIX plant is professionally installed.

When the equipment arrives at the construction site our site assistant inspects the shipment together with the customer’s personnel. All  items are then properly and safely stored until they are installed  in the plant. With our comprehensive project documentation supported by the POLYMETRIX’s assistant, a local contractor can install the system. Our process engineers and automation assistants support your operation team during the commissioning and start-up phase up to start of production and handover of the plant.

During the testing and commissioning phase, our process engineers and automation specialists support and train your operating personnel. Together, production is initiated, and your staff is guided until the handover of the plant.

Further support or training is possible both on-site and via remote assistance.
